I'm telling you Sab: This isn't how film projects get completed. At all. No one accomplishes film projects by tossing together a handful of people's general knowledge. It just doesn't fit the bill for the EMENCE amount of work even a half hour film takes. If he were simply filming some non-action movie, I'd STILL be skeptical, not because it's SF_Gold, but because if you've never worked on someone ELSE'S film project who knows what they're doing, it's impossible that he's going to be able to accomplish all of the requirements for a film. I mean, hell: Have you seen Cazor's crap? Case in point.

The problem that frustrates much of the community is that the message is just not getting to him. The message is that you need to show some real work in order to support such ambitious projects. Coming out with the idea for a big project won't do you any good until you have shown that you are willing to put in the effort and time to follow through with the massive amounts of work ahead. Sure, if a person haven't realized this when he first tries to start a big TC or something similar, it's alright. But to contine to ignore this message over and over and over and over and over...well, it does get annoying. There were even some respectful and civil posts explaining this concept to him, but he just doesn't read them.



It is people's reaction to this sort of thing comes from the fact that everyone seen this before. It's alright if he has big dreams, but this thread is unfolding quite similar to "previous" incidents. The solution to this abuse is to actually show some hard work toward these projects he comes up with. It is true that he has a bad reputation behind, but a solid way to fix his image and produce more positive reaction in these threads is to actually change his ways. Prehaps "dabble a little bit" in film before declaring the start of such a major production? It is alright if he just asked general film production questions before releasing such a load of a thread that, I'm sure, everyone knows how it will end.



Yes, there are some a**es here, probably including me. But you have to understand we have seen this unfold before. Will this be the one project he will actually put much work into and succeed? Maybe. It may be only an "attempt" at "some creative project," but there are sure much better ways for him to reach his goals without running head first into the dark, grabbing the attention of everyone here.

10 out of 10 times he comes on here with this bull****, it's just that, bull****.


PS, I bet his girlfriend will play someone from the hutt family. If not, she'll have to play right hand man to someone. The problem is also that he has started 10+ 'projects', most of which are unrealistically ambitious. Then he rants and raves about his current 'project' until he announces that he's abandoned it. Then the cycle starts over again. It's gotten so bad that I consider it trolling. And I truly do think it's actually trolling; not legitimate.

Theres also been many times he's presented work that is IN NO WAY HIS OWN and intended for us to think it was his.

And after we've called bull****, he's all "WTF, I never said they were mine that means they aren't LOL!"

I saw maybe like 5 or 6 posts in here that were helpful. So what if its his first attempt at a film. Everyone has a first film, model, map, drawing.

Just because you feel you have more experience than him, HELP him, dont freaking tell him to stop. You know who you are. Im dissappointed really. Making a film is FUN. Who cares if he doesnt know what hes doing, its called LEARNING. You make mistakes, but you go back and fix them.
