Meeting up with Biggs in the hangar is only in special edition. It's too bad they didn't keep this part in - it kind of makes the movie feel a little more grown-up.

"That's what you said when Biggs left", or something to that extent. He's not saying Biggs is actually at the Academy, just that he's already gone, and that he should be too.

^Hey, maybe that's why they took it out. "That's what you said when Biggs left" doesn't make sense if Luke just spoke to Biggs. Or maybe the Luke/Owen conversation was altered after the Biggs thing was removed. I dunno.

Luke didn't know Biggs was back until he saw him, I doubt Owen knew it
