Babylon 5 is still my joint fav with sg1, but they're very different.

Babylon 5 was much more spiritual, story orientated. And of course, the space battles (Shadow War) were too awesome.

For the most part, stargate's special visual effects are.... rather sloppy.

the gate puddle in the film looked so much better than the one in the tv series.

agreed. the film puddle looked like an awesome version of watery mercury.

Star gate is lame.

Battlestar Galactica > *.
Wikissassi sucks.

Luckily, the gate puddle in JKSG1 will outdo both. :o

This is funny because "Your mother has a flat forehead"
is the worst insult in the Klingon language.
If curiosity killed the cat then perhaps Curious George killed the cat.
But Cat's do have nine lives so who knows?

How old are you? That's a question, not an insult. I'm wondering because the original cut of ESB is still pretty good, but the other two movies seem sort of juvenile...like they're aimed at a younger demographic.

Not enough sex?

Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (written and directed by William Shatner) > Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country > Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn > Star Trek: The Motion Picture
(Still need to see: Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. :()

Kirk vs. Picard. Two years ago I would have said Picard, now, I just don't know.

:p

Sure as I know anything, I know this. Star Trek I-VI > * > Serenity.

There is no way, in any possible valid opinion, that Deep Space 9 could be considered the worst Trek. It was awesome.

Okay, well, I must admit, I didn't watch much of Deep Space Nine, and I basically didn't watch Enterprise. Also, I didn't watch The Original Series (although I now wish I had :().

The Next Generation and Voyager I have watched, The Next Generation owns you. :p

Personally I'd say it was the worst one, but only just being worse than Voyager, I didn't like either. The original was the best by a long way, followed by TNG.

[I don't think Enterprise should even be counted.]
nope.

Once the Dominion entered the picture, DS9 was the best Trek to date.
