Rebuild under a military dictator who got control by pacifying everything with force. And as it stands, Iraqis (as a whole) don't hate America. They just want us out as soon as possible.

The government may not like America(though it has been cozying up to our government lately) but there is a new wave of younger, less radical Iranians that want to be buddies with America.
