Y'know, with the amount of s*** that GBK gets (deserved or not is debatable), I believe he is entitled to do something like this. I did not see ONE person complain or moan or groan about GBK having a little fun and distributing invites.

This is more true than stop vs return. Many old Code Alliance COGs used stop, but none of them are as hideous as GBK's. Not even Obsidian's, hah hah hah.
