It's out.
And at least one scene from the comic is exactly as it was.

Everyone knew Venom was in the movie when the news that Topher Grace was going to be Venom broke. You didn't really tell anyone anything thye didn't already know.

Do you want a rushed ****ty movie, or a sexcellent, time taking movie? I demand the latter. SM2 was AWESOME, I hope they can keep up the quality.

Was that blonde girl he was dancing with Gwen Stacy? I have to keep in mind that it's a movie and not comic canon, or else that would irritate me. Then again, the comics these days do that anyway, so blah.

So they did go with Tophur. Darn.
I was kinda hoping they'd go with Jake G[brokeback mountain]l if they were gonna do the "evil opposite" thing.

Yeah, we saw a lot of the black suit but not Venom. Just the Venom wannabe.

black suit != always Venom

Maybe in a real trailer later they'll give us a peek at him.

I just hope it doesn't end up Spidey Symbiote and Venom only appears in Spidey 4. That will make me cry!

well, not quite hobgoblin, but green goblin 2. he's credited just as green goblin, so he might just be picking up where his father left off, and making it seem like the orignal green goblin never died. but if you slow down the trailer, you can see the mask is much different. so im thinking GG2.

I can't imagine that GG2 would be much of a match for Spidey since he doesn't have his father's lunacy. He's probably just being a nuisance.

he actually plays a role in SM 2. He's the professor at the college Peter Parker is going to, and he gets on Peter's case for not getting his assignments in on time. (and he only has one arm :D)
