Teh Griz is coming to town effective tomorrow. I'll be living out of UC Berkeley for three weeks and then Los Angeles for four weeks.

I understand several Massassians live in the area. So, um, if you wanna hang out or whatever, let's do it! Who's up for a Californassian MassMeeting?

It would be great to see the Northerners (Avenger, tofu, Thrawn[numbarz], etc). But I'm so far south :(

I could probably make a sojourn up towards L.A. when you come down here. There's Steven (]-[ellequin), Veger, Page, and me

JG, are you in San Diego? I'm going to ComicCon later on.

Gris, that'd be really cool but I can't drive and I'm not really sure what to do about it. Also I suspect I'd be rather boring in the face of your intellectual cornucopianess. I'll look into it though. :p

California's a big state. It's a six hour drive from the Bay Area to the LA area, and another couple hours to San Diego.

Any one here care to recommend a good place for me to move to? England sounds cool becuase I know a bunch of mates up there, who would let me stay with them, but I'd need to find a job and pay a share of things. I just want to get back into an English speaking country where things are cool.

It's never taken me that long .. I go down to SD for jams every once in a while and it's always been about a 4 hr round trip from evening to ~midnight

Really? Wow. I had to go from Vista to Kearny Mesa. No traffic, that's a 35 minute drive. On Wednesday, I made the same sojourn. It took me upwards of 70 minutes to make that same trip. Twice as long! San Diego freeways suuuuuck.
