Doesn't sound much worse than the original.

But seriously, they're kids, give them a break. The drummer's not that bad though.

Do not want!

Seriously, do you go on Google Video with the intent of finding the worst videos and sharing? Cause I don't see any other reason you would have found this. I'd love to tell these kids to their face that they completely suck and watch them cry. :v:

To be fair, at least bands where none of them are good are better than bands with one decent member.

My band played that exact same song in my 8th grade talent show. It wasn't that bad though.

Oh yeah, the drummer was really pretty good.

The guitar player.. I have no idea what his problem was. He was playing like he had parkinsons or something.

Yeah, like you really get to make calls on other people's talent.

Oh fudge.. is that girl trying to sing or just scream like a drunken nerd?

And that ukulele singer sounds like a bumble bee just got crammed up his nose. Seriously, why can't people sing?

Well, then again, Cobain didn't exactly have an angelic voice by any means. :psyduck:
2006-07-07, 8:11 PM #23
Lets be fair, how well did Kurt Cobain do?

Nirvana as a whole were a big turn off for me.

Especially because they couldn't even spell their own name right.

Actually, he was not pretty good. The only reason he got away with looking decent for this song is because its about as basic as you get in drum beats. Hell most of his snare rolls missed a few hits near the end and his tempo varied a bit too much. I command him on the one time he obviously messed up and managed to get back to his beat without most people noticing.

All that aside, his tempo was way too fast for the song.

Still that girl is so ****ing terrible I spilled my drink first time she screamed.

Since I'm being so critical on the drummer :

All those crash hits during the slow beat were ****ing lame. Those were supposed to be hi-hat kicks and subtle.

Based upon what I could see, for his age he was doing really well.

And kept a pretty decent beat.

True. He's not that old so he'll probably still be learning, but then we owe the guitarist the same benifist of the doubt. He's probably just got no talent at all. That girl needs to rip her vocal cords out though. Like... now.

Man, the guitarist has NO EXCUSE.

He was all over, timing wise.

DUDE! My cousin's aunt's uncle's nephew's friend's grandson knew a guy who saw a relative of a person killed the the columbine shooting? How can you be so insensitive!?!? Do you think death is funny!?!

The tired anthem of a loser and a hypocrite.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

There's... no bass either. And it was sooooooo funny when the girl was trying to get her jacket off at the beginning. Ha... guitarist stopped playing. This is hilarious.

I really feel bad for those kids though, they probably got a lot of **** after this.

I completely agree (also being a drummer myself). Having said that, it's sad to say he was probably the best musician of the bunch.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Lassev: I guess there was something captivating in savagery, because I liked it.

Or not. This is the first song most teenage guitarists learn first. I was able to play it well at 14, and I've been able to keep time when playing music since I was 11. Age is no excuse for being all over the place.

That's no excuse for sounding like s***, although I don't think Nirvana was much better in the vocals.

Bomb these kids with nades for crimes of noise pollution!

The Weird Al parody was awesome.

Depends when they started playing, chief.

The elitism this sort of thing brings out in Massassi makes me ill. It's three kids playing a song. That's all any of us know about it. Might have been their first live performance. They might have only had a few practice sessions to learn hte song. No one knows. I don't think any of you would want to be critiqued so harshly when you were first learning to play.
