I need land, ocean, buildings, units...

The buildings are towns, farms, mines, stables, ranges, forts, and castles. The units, for now, are just peasants and horses. Buildings should take up the whole hex, but leave a border around the hex for everything. (Except the top. That can overlap.)

Racism is for races, good ol' fashioned bigotry is for general use, but for specific national things you might want to use jingoism.

The units should be transparent. Everything should be drawn like a typical tile-based rpg, except with the hex-shaped base. And only the tops of buildings should stick outside the hex, otherwise it will be confusing. Leave the black border around the tiles and buildings in tact; thats will be colorized for who it belongs to.

It's not an RTS; it's a TBS. Turn based strategy.

Buildings: Fill up the whole hex. Leave a 'hole' for the units to sit on (Courtyard on the castle, center of town, etc.)
Units : Fit them inside the hex. Just peasants and horses for now. They need to be scaled so that a peasant sitting on a horse still fits inside the hex, and fits inside the buildings..
Colors : 32 bit tga.
Animations : None.
Angle : That 2d-rpg look where the floor is top-down, but then all the people are front-on and the objects are a sort of 3 quarters top down view.
Style : If you make all of them, you have stylistic control.
