7 Years makes a difference...
2006-09-16, 12:20 PM #1
This thread is a mourn thread to the original Star Wars cast. I've recently been looking at recent fotos, and some old 1998-9 fotos of the surviving cast, and 7 years ago, I could have still recognized most of them for who they were in the Star Wars Universe. Now I mourn that the memory of seeing them one last time, together uncovering new and great adventures has totally been destroyed. Now I mourn. :(
Nothing to see here, move along.

I have no idea what you just said, but Mark Hamil is a voice actor for Dethklok Metalacolpyse.

Well, people do change with age. But that's not something to mourn about..

Let us start with Harrison Ford:
1998
2006

Carrie Fisher:
1999
2005

Mark Hamil:
Not sure of date probably 1996-99
2006

I'm sad because they are no longer who they used to be, and its very unlikely they ever will be. I've seen my father age and get older weaker, I've seen the same thing with my family. Its not fun to watch some one slowly age to death.

I can recognize them any day.

But Carrie Fisher has let herself go. *** on that hair.

The older Harrison Ford gets, the more hardcore he gets. >.>

Mark Hamil's looked bad since that Motorcycle crash in 78. Only through clever use of makeup did he look like the same old Skywalker in the next two movies. But you're right, they did change a lot in 7 years.

-I hear Jake Lloyd's getting back into showbusiness. Maybe he's a better actor now. Probably not.

Mark Hamill is an awesome voice actor. I think he could've easily dubbed Yoda himself. At least in the Star Wars Muppets episode he really sounded like Frank Oz.

Lucas should do a sequel to RotJ, since the main actors are naturally aged now.

No, I'm trying to say, that Lucas should have and could have done episode 7,8 and 9 and then 1,2,3 and we would be much happier. BUT NOOOOOOOO. He wasted that time on BULL CRAP.

Except that 7, 8 and 9 would be pointless since the story of Star Wars is centered around Anakin.

Episode 1-3 is, Episode 4-6 is mainly around Luke and the Redemption of Anakin, 7-9 should be mainly around the New Republic, New Jedi Order, and The Remnant (Kyle Katarn would be requiered).
