7,8,9 would be Thrawn, if anything. He is the biggest event that happens bettween OT and NJO. Granted, actor-age-wise, anything made would be NJO, and that'd have to be a tv series spanning hundreds of episodes.

Star Wars is the story of Anakin Skywalker (and to a lesser extent Obi-Wan Kenobi, R2D2 and C3PO) as the only character(s) to feature in all 6 parts.

The ending to Jedi is the perfect end to the saga, let the rest of the universe be told through novels and games rather than making them part of the main "Star Wars" storyline.

Ok, I agree that there shouldn't be any more main part story lines, but atleast other movies, other adventures, something to keep us happy (no crappy cartoons or TV Series between Episode 3-4. Many fans to see what happens after Episode 6).
