Oh I know they do, but once again, my vote will be as a raindrop in the desert. Seriously, Kansas is ruled by old people, and old people vote...well the opposite of what I would want, on average.

Remember, Kansas is the only state to have creationism as a valid theory mandatorily taught in schools as to where man came from.

You need an initiative like our Prop 1A. It forces state legislatures to put transportation money into..transportation. In the past, every transportation prop was nothing more than a money grab in the name of transportation repair. CA legislature would delve into that fun for their bleeding-heart projects.

All you CA -ians vote for 1A!

They don't allow us Finns to vote in American elections. Although I haven't asked the US embassy, but I doubt the answer would be any surprise...

No. I have recently moved to a different county and I know very little about local politics here and do not feel that I should be guessing.

I was going to go, but decided against it because it's a mile walk.

All these candidates have done has mudsling. And on top of that they suck to begin with.

The other choices on the ballot I get are either green party whackos, or just plain crazy.

So I figure, **** it.

Just got done. I wish there was a better resource for concise information on local judges, so I'd know whether or not they ought to be retained. Judge retentions made up by far the majority of the ballot, and I had to leave all of those blank.

Off to the paper to start helping put together our election coverage.

I had to do that too. I kind of felt badly about leaving all those blank.
