Sorta on topic:

Child's Play has collected $760,000 already, as of today.

And as of today we've collected: 148.83 (about. There may be a small < $1 fee for some money I have to transfer.)

Geb- I'll call you sometime tomorrow, so we can arrange when to exchange teh monaies.

£5, which is something like $9.50.

Odd that it's not there though, I sent it almost 2 weeks ago.
nope.

I rounded it up to 10.

Okay, in 3-4 business days, the final moneys will be transfered to my paypal account...

BRINGING THE FINAL TOTAL OF THE FIRST ANNUAL MASSASSIAN CHARITABLE DONATION FUND (AMCDF) TO A GRAND TOTAL OF:

178.48

That's not half bad! It's not a thousand dollars, but for a bunch of people who have never met me, but trust me enough to send me money, that's pretty awesome!

If anyone else has any last minute donations, please let me know ASAP. Otherwise, probably on the 30th, I'll be sending this money to Child's Play.

Congratulations, Massassi, we've done a great job!

So are you going to tell them what you're really going to use that $178 for now that they've already given it to you? :P

Wikipedia got over half a million (don't know why but Half a million sounds much larger than $500,000)

For the same reason $4.99 sounds like a better price than $5.

Maybe next year we could make this slightly more official and see how we fare.

Next year I'll give people more notice and try to make it more official if people are up for doing it.

Just a note: Child's Play's donations are now up to an insane $963,000. That's only $37,000 short of a million, guys, so if you haven't donated, do so now. It's be totally awesome if they broke a million.

What is the send address?

Do we have to put a return address?

You can send your donation to zac5@cohn.com over Paypal, and I'll add it into the Massassi donation, or go to the Child's Play website and there's a link there.

My school does that.

But I think doing it on here would be asking for a bit too much constantly from Massassians.

It'd be fun until you'd find out that your, by that time 19 year old child, is still sending you the exact same crayon drawings as whent he kid was 4. Foster Parent's Plan sucks.
