Change into less clothing if it's too hot, curl up and let my body heat up the bed if it's too cold.

Change clothes. If that doesn't do the trick, I'll get another blanket. 21/M

Also, I don't use sheets. I have a fitted sheet on my bed, but all I have on top of me is a comforter. I don't know why.

Same here. That's the only way to go.

I add a blanket if it's too cold and get my blanket off of me if it's too hot. 17/m

Change clothes...if that doesn't work, well, I'll just freeze/melt. I don't change my covers because that would be too much effort.

If that fails, then I change from pants to shorts (or shorts to pants)
Failing that, I deal with it, because I'm not sleeping nude or in my boxers.

I don't change anything - I sleep... err... as nature intended and that's a constant, and if I'm too hot I just stick my hands and feet out from under the covers for 10 minutes or so and that cools me down. If I'm too cold I wriggle around until I make a warm patch and stay there :D

I sleep in jammies, if it gets too hot I'll take them off, but can't ever be arsed to change the duvet. having my arms on top and my feet sticking out the bottom is generally enough.

it's impossible to be too cold in bed, just huddle tight, make sure the duvet covers everything from your chin downwards (particularly the back of your neck) and snuggle!

If it's too cold I'll wrap myself in the duvet in a protective cocoon.

If it's too hot I'll sleep on top of the duvet.

I usually change my clothing first [although I often don't wear clothes :o], then shift covers off. I sleep under several layers though, so I don't have to actually change bedding, I can just push some back.

22 male neither. i always sleep nude, with the same covers. only difference is how high the fan is set.
