I have several layers of blankets and I always sleep in my boxers, so I just shove a blanket to the side or pull a shoved blanket back.
If it gets really cold I just do like maevie said, huddle tight.
The only thing that makes me put on more clothes is the thought of having to get OUT of bed in the morning when it's around 40F in my room.
