I think its time we wipe the rules, and rewrite them. So that they are clear and defined.

The problem is some of the rules are kinda vauge, so admins kind of use their judgement...and that doesn't always turn out too well especially if you have a few people with poor judgement.

Rules are there to be a solid reference so people don't just go and ban willy nilly at their liking with reasons that are not sound at all.

so yeah, to avoid stuff like this, I think a rule rewrite would help. But thats just my thought about the matters.
I also think some of the moderators really need to get over this fear of people expressing their opinion about how they run things. Yes, I understand that some people are complete idiots and are going to whine anyways, but some people /actually/ have a point, and I think that aslong as they express it in a civil and mature way. That they should be allowed to do so.
