Yep she is. I remember watching this at school, I cried when Neptune took his anger at her involvement with humans. She does also radiate a kind of lushness, but honestly all the mermaids I've ever seen are all hot. Oh she's a redhead too (I adore redheads). Lushness complete lushness.
