Bananas. Bananas are the worst thing in the entire world.

I don't even know what it is about them. They make me gag if I try to eat them. Banana bread makes be gag too. I can't even force myself to swallow the stuff if I get some in my mouth. I have to go spit it out.

There's not very many things I don't like. Mayo, sour cream, and whatever else was mentioned in this thread I enjoy.

I like both crunchy and creamy peanut butter, and I think argueing about it is silly.

What I don't like, probably, is mistakenly reheating your plate with the sour cream already on it... but in terms of 'food'...

Vanilla Flavoured Yogurt. Ugh. Or if Quiznos commercials could be a food, I'd probably hate that.

i dislike almost any dairy product that isnt milk, ice cream, or cheese that is on pizza, or baked into Italian food. i also have a severe dislike for hotdogs and liver. i do however love sushi, when its the good stuff! but then i like some weird stuff to, like squid...:ninja:

Milk.
For the life of me, I cannot drink milk. Other than that little lactose intolerance thing, I just can't stand the smell, taste, or the feeling of drinking a glass of milk.

To answer the whole "have I ever had real sushi" question... the answer is yes. I've had homemade sushi. It was simply disgusting.

I can make myself choke back just about anything, without much unpleasantness. The one thing I truly despise, however, are brussel sprouts. I even gave them a second chance, when I was told they were cooked differently. No dice.

Yeah man, the whole deal... I had it all.. Fact of the matter is I like Wasabi... that **** is hot as hell. Good stuff. I just hate the seaweed, rice, and fish stuff. It's just... *shudder* nasty.

I like pretty much all the foods above mentioned. The only food I really don't care to eat (I wouldn't say hate) is eggplant, especially when it is in cassoroles.

This stuff is a Japanese dish called nato (pronounced Nah Toe). My brother tells me it is the most disgusting thing ever and to only try it once and never let anyone get me to eat it again. It is made of fermented soybeans and appearantly has the texture of dung mixed with thick festering mucus. I hear the taste isn't much better than that either.
If curiosity killed the cat then perhaps Curious George killed the cat.
But Cat's do have nine lives so who knows?

Okra cooked poorly can be disgusting. Mushy and sticky. Like the okra they had in my dining hall.

Cooked properly, it is crunchy, delicious and useful. Perfect for curries and as thickener in creole dishes (when a brick roux isn't enough!)

I don't like tapioca primarily due to its texture.

Also, I'm sure many people dislike:
Eggnog
Venison
Spinach
Pineapple
Blueberries
Grits
Whoppers
Popcorn flavored candy

^The only ones here I mildly don't care fore is eggnog, cheap spinach, popcorn and Whopper like candy. I haven't had venison enough to remember the taste.

But I think we can all agree that cottage cheese is disgusting in both its texture and food quality.

I don't think many people dislike pineapple or blueberries. Although I don't know how many people have access to fresh blueberries on a regular basis.

Venison is bad when it's butchered improperly. Venison fat is absolutely vile, and so the cuts have to be really lean, and other fat is often required. Since it's wild, it's pretty gamey, which most people aren't used to due to factory farming. People don't like strong-tasting meat.

The problem with spinach is that it goes bad very quickly. And there's nothing worthwhile about skunky spinach.
