It's very hard to imagine somebody being that stupid, and it would be very easy to fake for a picture. However, this is the planet Earth, so it's certainly possible.

If it is real, he should have gone for UV ink, and pretty much any place other than above his heart.

Or to put it in another way, imagine that each dvd has a lock, only the dvd player has the key but somebody managed to make a copy of the key and has now made thousands of copies and handed them out :D

I still don't exactly follow... so what? you still need a DVD player to watch a DVD don't you? or a computer with a DVD drive... so who cares?

It allows people to make copies of HD-DVD discs, as well as rip them to be played DRM-free.
