Pretty sure Twisted Metal was a PSX/PS2 only title. It looks like that thing at the bottom is some kinda tank gun though.

Twisted Metal was definately on the PC. At least the 2nd one.

yeah the twisted metal series is published by sony and twisted metal 2 was the only one to be released on something other than a sony console (PC)

Maybe it was an Eidos carry-over? I know they did a lot of PSX transfers back in the day.

No. They didn't render correctly with 3D hardware enabled, and several other reasons.
