I think you would fit in well. They have huge discussions on how Virgina Tech was backed by the government for some reason or another, there also in depth discussions about lizards from space.

I think we've been over this before, so I'm just going to give you the short version this time:

You're a complete idiot.

Well, theres plenty of evidence available out there you can research. Look at how effectively creating fear through September 11th, has caused us to give up liberties and back their agenda's (iRaq, etc.). Thats just one example. Just be patient, the truth will all be revealed sooner than you think.

I don't believe 9/11 is a conspiracy.

I believe flight 93 was shot down though.

Thats cute...

Why dont we leave the thread back to the bomb discussion and if we need to, I can open a Giant conspiracy thread and we can discuss EVERYTHING.

Go do it. Post a gigantic conspiracies thread.

If anything, it'll be interesting to read whatever BS you put together.

*ahem* regarding the discussion of fighting alongisde loved ones:
"But a spartan education wasn't only pain... there was also love, or eros, as the greeks called it... the spartan twist was that this passion was strictly an affair between boys and men.

Typically an adult man would fine a 12 year old to woo with presents and favors. The boy was expected to resist, but not forever.

The man became the boy's special role-model and advisor, even helping his lover choose a wife.

This relationship was supposed to last a lifetime and was a huge help in keeping a tight phalanx"

And that's a little bit of spartan history a surprisingly large amount of people don't know about.

I learned that in highschool. Makes me wonder what they're teaching everyone else.

Spartans have become the ultimate measure of maniliness in like the last few years. Funny, because anything that could remotely be considered homosexual is anti-man. The spartans did alot of gay things..

This thread went from dumb, to really really dumb, and is now okay.

This "gay bomb" thing isn't new, the military has already received harsh criticism from foreign governments about it.

Homosexuality in Sparta was not uncommon, but unlike other Greek city-states, they did not make it the basis of their military, keeping the aspects of military and sexuality seperate. For example, Spartans were known to criticize the Sacred Band of Thebes for using sexuality as a basis for their unit.

As for pedastry(which is what Deadman described) it was done in Sparta as well, but it was non-sexual with doses of eroticism. It was a society-wide practice used to bring younger males into the general society, kind of like an apprenticeship, I suppose.

I was taught that the relationship was sexual. It's also sexual according to this book
