So, I called:
  • My doctor
  • My parents' doctor
  • Emergency health services
  • The vet's clinic on my street
Except for the vet, who seemed to know what she was talking about (and told me that most likely there's nothing to be worried about), they all pretty much went 'bah you're fine'.

But to make sure I'm going to call:
  • State health department
  • Municipal veterinarian service
  • My dad's cousin who's a vet
If any of them says I should get the shots just in case, I'll do it.

It's true that many times bat bites can't be felt, but if you don't have any bite marks on your face, you're fine.
