17. Good times. You should also have an option of "never gotten drunk".

Of course it only takes me about one beer to get drunk so....yeah.

That's why I don't drink.

No fat means the ladies can easily take advantage of me with one drink. And I'm not easy, I swear. :colbert:

God damn exercise, I should cut back.

I think I was about 15.

Was never properly ****faced until sometime when I was 16 though.

And for all you nay-sayers, if you're not enjoying it, you haven't drank enough.
nope.

Actually alcoholic tolerance is a combination of hereditary tendencies, weight, peculiarities within your liver, and frequency of drinking. So you being fit doesn't have too too much to do with your inability to drink :p

*shrug* I'm skinny as a rail (6'3", 155lbs) and I can hold my alcohol pretty well. I don't think that much matters.

Anyway, as you can see in the poll, I was 20 when I first got good and drunk. First time I drank, I was 19, but it was only a few Hard Mike's (ick). When I was 20 I drank half a fifth of vodka on an empty stomach. That night and the next morning were not fun.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

I can drink alot..

Thats probably because I drink pretty often.

I usually drink in rounds of double fisting, which I announce to the best of my ability like Shao Kahn.

Normally starting with mixed drinks, onto hard liquor, then to beer to keep the buzz, then nothing but water and bread till I pass out.

I'm awesome because I don't get hangovers. So when I have the booze poots atleast my head isn't thumping and I can enjoy turning the bathroom into an atomic ***-whiskey factory.

19, but leagal drinking age here is 18, and i have to be careful with the amount I drink as one of the medications that I take does not go together well with alcohol.

I was 18, but I've really only gotten drunk twice.

I prefer not alcohol.

I was 12, and I can in fact tell you that it was the 2nd of May, 1997.

Labour won the national election in a landslide, I was at a party my mother and her friends were throwing and I asked if I could taste some baileys. My mum gave me the bottle and I mixed it with vanilla ice cream and ate it, repeating the process until I'd eaten a whole tub and then I quietly passed out in the corner.

I feel I should point out that after that I didn't get drunk for quite a few years, it was an anomaly due to the sudden lack of Tories

13-14. My cottage-friends were a couple of years older, so when they started drinking at 16 I had a few drinks as well. I must've weighed about 90 pounds, cause I remember getting pretty buzzed off a couple of shots. I didn't drink regularly until 15-16, and I almost never get totally smashed now.
2007-07-05, 12:18 PM #64
I've never been drunk but the closest I got was being a little buzzed on hard lemonade. That was back when I was 21.

Never. Drunk people are annoying. (Or freaking hilarious, but I'd rather be the one laughing than the one being laughed at)

Also, I'm terrified of the idea that chemicals can alter the state of my mind. I've refused Tylenol PM.

The first time I was actually drunk was probably around 17. I'd had alcoholic drinks before then, but never in an inebriating quantity.

I can understand not knowing that Tory is the colloquial term for the Conservative Party, but not knowing that the other major party over here is Labour is slightly worrying. Wikipedia is your friend.
