Video game annoyances in MSPaint!

The premise is simple: Paint the games that annoyed you, or just something in a game that annoyed you. You could love the game as a whole, but there was something that just rubbed you the wrong way. Any part of it that you want, MSPaint. A synopsis of the entire plot? MSPaint. EDITED IN IDEA: It could even just be a horrible experience with a game, like a get-together gone bad because of a poor choice in game rental. (I refer to this affectionately as "rental Russian roulette.") Why? I don't know. Maybe it'll help you feel better about it if you can make fun of the thing that annoyed/annoys you. I'll even give you an example from my own collection.

When I played Planetside (back when the Reserves were available), I was always a bomber pilot. In the rare occasions that I actually fought on the ground, I was always a gunner on a vehicle. My favorite gunning role was that of the main twin-cannons on the Prowler tank... here is what happened once:

After my bomber was downed, I decided to hike back to a nearby base and get a new one. While walking by a tower, I saw a prowler tank on the path, spamming for gunners. I hopped in, was kicked out moments later and was replaced by some dip****. The dip**** then fired on me, missing (with such a CANNON... even though he didn't miss by much). The pilot then started chasing after me, yelling to get in. =/

I never got that anti-tank support that I was wanting. :(
I can't wait for the day schools get the money they need, and the military has to hold bake sales to afford bombs.

You can't know the pure awefulness of Adventure Island for the NES unless you played it for yourself, but I'll try to explain...

This is towards the end of 8-3. There are a series of platforms, each higher than the next, and they fall immediately as you land on them. The picture doesn't show, but you actually have to do some running while on the platform -- they're not short platforms.

1. HOLD right on the d-pad to move, HOLD the B-button to run, and press the A-button to jump. Master Higgins (the fat lil' ******* who has the traction and control of butter that you play as) can not hope to survive making all these jumps unless you do this.

2. About half-way through the series of jumps, there is a freakin' bat. It's in your way. You can throw axes at it and hope to kill it... guess what? Throwing axes requires the B-button (the one that makes you run). Not to mention you have to hope you hit it right, and hope you don't run into it (because you can't STOP or else you fall to your doom). You are required to become The One and transcend mere use of the controller, or as I've illustrated, just stab your controller with a knife.

That bloke did have that traction and control of butter. Jedi would be envious of your abilities if you were decent in controlling the skateboard.

A more frustrating part of the diablo games than that is how Cain goes from white to black from D1 to D2 :(
