i have yet to see a single mosin misfeed... leon nagant did an excellent job designing the feed system... i'd dare to say the mosin action is the most reliable bolt action design...

That may be, but proper training on any design includes a large amount of stoppage clearing drills. I guarantee I could make it misfeed and/or have some other type of stoppage.
