Get off my *** and actually have a go of track cycling at the local velodrome.
Get off my *** to try and lose a few more pounds and maybe get some abs.
To work smarter not harder :)
To not let my workmates irritate me so much.
To stop swearing so much (I feel like an idiot when I resort to swearing to make even simple statements)

Same one as always, "Fail at successfully completing my New Years Resolution."

I have a thing for paradoxical goals...

But in terms of real ones, I don't really make New Years Resolutions, I just make goals throughout the year. Current goals include:

  • Learn more juggling tricks/patterns
  • Train harder for Parkour.
  • Learn more tricking/flipping/breakdancing tricks.
  • Take the Parkour club at my school official
  • Handstands! Hold one for a long time!

There're more, but that'll do for now.

Yeah, that's what I meant, too. Achieve, actualize, and realize are all close synonyms. When you said you wanted to "Achieve self-actualization," you were being somewhat redundant -- you could have more easily said "Self-actualize". I was being silly and pedantic and called you out on it. Furthermore, self-actualization isn't binary, it's more gradual, so unless you fully actualize/realize your capacity in every respect (you might as well put "Achieve enlightenment" :P), you're not going to "achieve" self-actualization anyway.

Well, I'm really not one for new year's resolutions. However, having just broken up with my girlfriend a lot is going to change anyway, the timing is just coincidental. I'm just going to try more new things, be open to more new experiences, that kind of thing.

Yeah, I seem to recall you saying that new year's resolutions are for people who are too weak-willed to effect change the rest of the year. :p

Become Supreme Emperor of the World

...before Jon`C does.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

Put that on the list too.

But I can't be self-actualized until I find jeans that fit. It's just how these things work.
Fincham: Where are you going?
Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

I just stopped wearing jeans altogether when I didn't find ones that fit me.

Then pants in general had to go.

And skin.
