Rob brings up a pretty decent point, because it seems like not a single person on the plane attempted to stop this guy. Not that every person there had a vantage point, let alone knew what was going on, but it seems like this suit has a crazy concept to prove.

Anyone who's been on a long flight know that flight attendants don't police the plane, but make frequent rounds. That gave the man plenty of time to do his little deed.

The only thing going for this woman is the guy that did the four knuckle shuffle in her hair. I'd question that part, because when she woke up, he was still masturbating. So, unless that was round 2, why the hell didn't she get up out of her seat instead of turn away and let him fire one off?

The airline should be suing her for being such a stupid passenger.
