Okay, not quite [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] It's a lovely little hand cannon though, 6mm BBs and about 0.3J I think - the problem is it's way too powerful to fire indoors and I don't really have a garden. Good thing then I have a mate who lives on a farm! [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

By the way ignore me, I look all nasty and sweaty, it's a hot day! [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]

Looks nice. Maybe if a burglar walks into your house, you can pull that out and fool him.

Are not those guns 50 caliber? And I thought it was illegal to own guns in England.

Spring gun, KWC I think (it's 3PSA, but they are with KWC aren't they?)

I think that would be unwise. If you're going to brandish what looks like a weapon, you'd better be prepared to use it. Otherwise, if the burglar is armed, and he sees you pointing that at him, he's likely to shoot you. And I don't think a few BBs are going to take him down before he can shoot back.

To be honest, if we're not allowed guns in England, what burglar is going to have one?

Anyways I've been looking around - I want to start adding to this thing starting with a sight of some sort - do I need any sort of special mounts or do they have their own methods of attachment? That and is modding the internals really wise/beneficial?

Most burglaries are pulled off (here at least) in unoccupied houses, whith the only weapons carried by burglars being things like knives. Unless you're in Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, B'ham or London, gun crime is next to zero. Seriously.

See the grooved track on the end on the last 10 or so centimeters of the barrel? I'm pretty sure that's where you can attach a sight, or a laser.

Do you know the velocity of the BBs it fires?

Outlaw guns and people will kill people with knives. What we realy need is the death penealty. That might make people think twice about killing some one. At least with guns even an old lady can protect her self. Not many people will come out on top in a knife fight with an expirenced crimnal. Also with a gun there is a loud noise so you at least know it took place.

You can own air rifles, as long as you have a license and are over a certain age (I forget exactly, I think it's 16).

I like my UHC Desert Eagle. I think it's a little misproportioned, and it doesn't have the licenced markings, but it shoots dead-straight. My friend broke his, and another screwed up my slide when I lent it to him, but my UHC USP and Desert Eagle were always fine in my hands.
