Also, it's not "ooh". "Ooh" is the sound that is made when you realize something or are getting laid. It's Oorah.

It's not a battle yell. It's a "We're ****ing MARINES and we OWN" type noise, to be made after the enemy is killed / when lunch is particularly delicious / if you get laid.
