I'm looking forward to the game.

Personally, I think being able to pull shrapnel and splinters from your body while leading your one-man-army path of destruction across the savanna is the most badass thing ever. The 'realism' concepts aren't exactly implemented as reality. They're really no different than other 'realism' concepts, like iron sights or reloading your gun.

I have to say though, I'm excited for this game. The graphics might not be Crysis level, but it's not another island, and it looks a whole lot more fun. Also I like the setting and art direction.

The game looks great from the trailer. You can't go wrong with using Hans Zimmers's Black Hawk Down score as the trailer music. The surgery thing reminded me of Metal Gear Solid 3's healing system except in real time.
