I'm going to rape Cassel.

Good set of games today, lot of close finishes. Packers-Cowboys in a little bit; I love the Packers to death but I don't think they will pull it out. Too much offense.

I think you give them too much credit...my guess is that at the end of the season they will retroactively take away the SB victory, and rehire Dick Vermeil and fire him.

I don't even gamble, but I should have put $100 down on this. Too good to be true.

I love the pats, I would love to say cassel can bring em to that goal, but I don't think it will happen. That being said, I would have said the same thing last year. Who knows what will happen. Maybe Cassel will pull a Brady.. but definitely not a undefeated win.

But they are pretty well off.

Next game is the Dolphins. Tack on another win :)

Bye week.

By then that's 3 wins and a lot of practice. Cassel will have built up his confidence and hopefully working on throwing down field to Moss. If he can work on that long pass we're golden.

This is my new favorite post.

I never would have thought that the Pats would give up 38 points to any team, let alone the Dolphins.

I really dreaded this first Packers lost. Not as a reflection on the team, but just because all the Favre-lovers are going to get up and say "SEE! THIS IS WHY WE SHOULD HAVE FAVRE!!!! GRAHRHAH!!" (despite Favre sucking a big bag of cock against Dallas last year).

Rodgers actually played a solid game. He, most importantly, didn't fumble, and didn't throw picks. If anything, the playcalling in the red zone was horrendous.

I concur. Gotta love those Cowboys.:D However, the Colts(even though I was rooting for them and went to the game) deserved their loss today. Horrible play calling and bad clock management. No defense on the left side on pass or up the gut on the run. Jacksonville deserved that win. Sucks that Indy still hasn't won in their new stadium.

How was the new stadium? I think I might have the opportunity to go to a game down there, and I'm looking forward to it.

The NFC east is the most amazing division in football. While it's great the Redskins are playing really well with the new coaching staff, even playing at their best they're still getting dominated by the Cowboys, Giants and Eagles. I think it's a distinct possibility that every team in the NFC east will be above at least 500 this year, probably even higher.

At least I can take solace in the fact that the Ravens are the lead in the worst division in football.

Rodgers will be a solid quarterback. He just needs a little more experience. The Pack defense is more a problem than the offense.

Dude, its freaking huge. They didn't have the roof open or the window open (which is the largest operable window in the world, they say) but it's awesome. I sat 10 rows from the top and they have this overhang from the ceiling up there in which an LCD screen TV is hanging from around every 15 feet. So even though you are in Nosebleed heaven, you still get in on the action. Personally, I love the Lucas Oil Stadium.

The Chargers are going to ruin my liver. Yeah we had a pretty good cushin but...I dunno, it seems like we didn't want to play intensively all four quarters. Offense was good. Yes it was the Jets but it seems like he's coming together.

BTW, what happened to Inside the NFL on HBO?

Liver deterioration continues with today's game. Jesus ****in' Christ how do we let a man get THAT WIDE OPEN! The Raiders romped all over our asses the 1st half.

Packers looking pretty terrible, and ironically has nothing to do with the QB position. NFL games are won by the play of the Lines, and right now the Packers O-Line and D-Line are simply not getting it done. Injuries have played a factor, but I don't see a killer instinct with the units, they are getting dominated rather than imposing their will on others.

The Chargers are crap. Seriously. We're pretty much like the stock market. We have a solid performance one week and then we look like **** the next week. Up and down up and down. Playoff hopes all but gone.

And what the ****!!? Sebastian Janikowski has monster-leg!
