It works pretty well, I guess. I'm not very comfortable in most chairs, so it was a decent compromise.

You kneel on the front part and sit on the back part. It's quite comfortable.

Only thing I don't like about the design is the lack of a back, so you cant lean back, you always have to sit bolt upright. Although I imagine that supports good posture, so... :tinfoil:
DO NOT WANT.

What? Can you post a picture of you sitting on that chair, Dor? (or anyone else with such a contraption) I really don't understand how that can be bearable.

Edit: After a bit of googling, I'm genuinely intruiged by this (I apologise that I find your chair more interesting than your desktop)! I spend hours at my desk doing calculations, and as I'm fairly tall I easily suffer from back problems. Does this thing really work? How many of you have one? Tell me more!

It's like sitting on your heels, except you don't have to bend your knees as much, so you inflexible people can do it.

This wasn't taken for this thread, but that's the gist of things. The monitor is an LG 17in. Sometimes my laptop is up there when it's not a mess. In the right corner you see a Christmas card from Steven from two years ago. Haha.

There is no excuse to have a CRT these days. LCDs are dirt ****in' cheap. The decrease in eyestrain is worth the cost.

Finally upgraded my monitor...and desk...and speakers...and mousepad (seriously, my first/last mousepad was Episode I themed and it came out before the movie did). >_> Yeah, so I basically claimed everything my brother left behind.

Next time you see one cheap PM me, cause $250+ is out of my price range at the moment.

Unless of course you happen to have a high end CRT. A properly adjusted high end CRT from the last decade will blow away any LCD under $800. But that's a different thread...

Dor, how much did your little seiza chair cost? Try as I might, I still have bad posture when I sit in a regular chair. I imagine that would force me to sit upright and strengthen my back and neck.

My desk is messy and it's always this messy. if there is ever empty space on my desk it means I've taken something somewhere or that I've been robbed.

it took some getting used to but it give more desk space and more mouse movement. plus I have room to move my tablet up onto the mouse table and still have room to use the mouse. (tablet is currently just under the desk right in front the mouse table incase you didn't see)

There's one of those chairs in the office, and every once in a while someone will try to use it for a day. If you don't have good posture to begin with, it doesn't really correct it, it just strains your back.

I find a regular chair to be infinitely more comfortable and relaxing.
