If you think that isn't hot, you're literally unable to taste.

The only thing that's made me cry ever though. Habaneros just taste really good--albeit a painfully spicy taste as well.

My brother had me try this. I didn't really like it :) I got more of a hot feeling without really tasting anything it seemed like.
Was spinning round on the floor like Homer :v:

I love Sriracha sauce. Not great on mexican, but great for pretty much any food I don't like. Makes it edible. Great on stir fries and such..

He makes a naga pepper sauce which looks pretty intense.

Franks Red Hot is awesome for chili in general. It's not very hot at all, but it has tons and tons of flavor. Cholula is perfect for tacos, it's a bit more spicy, spicier than anything Taco Bell hands out, but still not that bad. I have both.

And I think hot sauce is about BOTH flavor and scoville rating. It should have great flavor and boast a high rating. If it gives one up for the other then it's not doing its job as a hot sauce. Hot sauce should not make your food taste like cardboard!

I think some of the Da' Bomb sauces are pretty good. They boast a good scoville count and flavor, I think.

I tend to use either http://www.firegirl.com/hs1500.html (a few drops per pot) or http://hotsaucecatalog.stores.yahoo.net/hs1326.html (a few drops per bowl) for chili.

I had an argument the other day with the manager of a supermarket. He had habeneros advertised as 'the hottest peppers in the world'. Now, despite it being nice to see habeneros in the super market, this is clearly wrong.
