Welcome to Maine. We wouldn't know how to repair a road if someone else did it for us.

No, we know how to repair roads, we just don't repair the ones that need to be done. We repave roads that are fine.

I've lived in this area for the past 25 years. And last I remember, you were down closer to the Berwicks than Brunswick which means you are, in fact, getting closer.

I've split my time between Pownal and Brunswick for the last couple of years, and they're only 20 minutes apart. And if you can call me being born 'getting closer to you', then... well, lah dee dah. :P MY TOWN CAN BEAT UP YOUR TOWN

Often tend to refer to any of my work space collegues 'boss'. I also tend to words like 'yall', 'mate' and use the well-known 'dude'. I do also often refer to my personal backpack as 'luggage'. (Yes and a lot a people think Im mad when I call it that).

Seconded.

Common phrases for me revolve around win and fail.

Eg "So much win", "made of win", "total win", "fail", "epic fail", "made of fail", "made of fail and liver", "a fail so epic it might be a win".. and so forth.

Also one of my friends and I often greet each other with "SYN" "SYN/ACK" "ACK" . :gbk:
Also, I can kill you with my brain.

I once dated a girl that actually said 'woot'. It didn't last long.

Wait... what? Give her here!

Also, my best friend and I have this gag word we like to use sometimes: crony.

We'll try to find uses for it in everyday language and laugh every time we hear it on T.V. (like once in 6 months).

Actually, I think the level 1 custscene in JK got us started on that when Kyle says the word.

But does on of the bounty hunter say something that sounded like a woot? I don't it was Kyle, it may have been 8t88 making a weird machine sound that went 'woot'. I may be wrong however. :). If not well it shows just doogy my memory is :).

Back to the topic but I've though of some of my slang words:
Doogy (Its not work fantasic), Gobby (You're mouthy fool), Reds (Red linen bag - work thing), Hole (Chute down to wash section), Bodies (Nightwear), 3 Gone (Sending bags/tent things), Stuff (mixture of items). All of these are slang words or phrases I use at work. Sad I know, but the workplace is where I most of it ).

I just realized from my latest thread I used the word stoked now and then too.
