I re-met (I've known her for two years or so, but only really in passing) a cute girl. Talked to her for a few hours yesterday and invited her to fire juggling, but she couldn't make it. She came to Parkour today, and we all grabbed dinner together, and I've been chatting with her online.

If I can get enough of my comp sci project (which is ruining my streak of good days...) done, I'm going to see if she wants to come over for dinner or hang out tomorrow or something.

Here's to hoping!

Dinner with her tomorrow! It's on campus, and not even really a quasi-date...

But it's dinner!

AND I'm making HUGE headway on my CS project, which is sweet.

AND AND I went to gymnastics today, and I landed a few side summis (a kind of side flip I've been working on) and my B-twists are getting better.

Ran saw on the fuel break today, fell some good trees. I've got 75 hours of overtime on my next paycheck and I'm getting laid off in two weeks (end of fire season, supposedly). Good times.

So we met for dinner on campus at 5:15. A nice, relaxed, informal kind of thing.

We left together at 9:45. Four and a half hours later.

Things are looking up...

Today was mostly good.
1. Today was not tomorrow, which is stocktake :(
2. Got up to 51km/h on my bike at the velodrome, and felt ok doing so :)

I spent four hours last night creating a lemon meringue pie from scratch for my best friend's birthday tonight. I just got a call that she's too sick to celebrate today.

So I'm making a website for my WH guild instead.

tonight it APPLE EVE! Because tomorrow is Apple Day! which basically means we get off a random wednesday of classes and tonight most of the campus is partying it up. Or as much as anyone can around here anyway.

today is great so far its my first day off work since... two Saturdays ago. also the first day of my favorite month, AND... i just ordered a new video card for my pc, so hopefully i will haveit up and running again soon... very soon...

Ladyfriend came over late last night and I gave her an Explosions in the Sky cd I made her, then she had to leave (a few hours later. >.>).

Then she came over again this morning (after she slept through her class) and I made her Reeces Pancakes, a recipie I invented this morning in the shower. It was fantastic, I highly recommend it.

Now I'm installing Diablo II.
