The beasts aren't superior, you jsut have to know how to play. I've been beaten soundly several times as beasts.

Maybe if the commander of your team suffers from severe ignorance as to what he is supposed to do. The large ogres with the trees can about blow up the human base in 2-3 hits. Now have about 6 of them come at one time and there is no way out of a very quick loss.

I've taken down bohemouths before. they're powerful, but so very slow. you jsut have to get a powerful normal character and run around them swinging, or take a repeater and blast away.

Best Intro: Tie between Freespace and SC: Brood War. Also possibly Diablo II.

Best Ending: Descent II. It was great.

My favourite game has to be Warcraft III and it's expansion The Frozen Throne, although I haven't played a huge amount of games.

I haven't played most of these games, but here goes. MY choices


Best single player gameplay: DooM 3
Best single player realism: CoD
Best single player sound: CoD (BOOM THE WALL IS GONE AND A TANK IS ON TOP OF YOU OMQ)
Best single player storyline: XWA or somesuch... There are a lot of good ones on the tip of my tounge but I can't remember.
Best single player 'feel': CoD
Best single player overall: CoD

Best multi player gameplay: Toughie, but I'm gonna have to say WC3, the MOO series, and Halo
Best multi player community: JK durr...
Best multi player for Role Playing: Budget and bad editing skills, JK has a lot of already made RP stuff. JA is kinda good, but NWN takes the cake if you can edit it.

Best multplayer RTS: WC3
"" TBS: MOO
"" FPS: CoD (Hell yes)
"" fighting: Soul Calibir 2

Sorry but Halo on PC PWNS just as much on XBox (Yeah I've played them both. I play it at my friends all the time on XBox and all the time at my house on PC)

Forgots stuffs

CONSOLE:

Best story: XIII is good, even though it's based on a comic. Otherwise I'd have to say FF8 or Chrono Trigger/Cross

Best soundtrack: All the FF games (Including Mystic Quest. It's pretty good.) and the Dragon Warrior series

Creativity: Dragon Warrior. Reason? Slime.

Gameplay: Basicly any console game has nice gameplay methinks. I'm more of a PC person.

Multiplayer: Sorry all you halo lovers, but Tribes: Arial Assult gets my vote. It's so underrated and not known that it's funny.
