put some gravel in your yard, and mow over it with the exit vent facing their expensive Ford Rover paint job... Then point towards your "Warning, flying gravel." sign.

who mows their yard in the middle of autumn?

what you do is take a bag of shrimp and secure it in a concealed place on the car.

i think the use of cones would work to deter people from parking there.

if anyone parks in front of your driveway just make sure they are in the car and see you make a scene of writing down their license plate number and ask them to please move. also you could act like your trying to pull out of your drive way and stop inches away from their car and then just sit there and lay into the horn till they either move or pick up their kid.

...or you could always just leave a few nails out in front of your driveway and then i will not seem like you left them there on purpose
