Got few for JO:

g_saberRealisitcCombat 1 - limbs can be detached using lightsaber
god - godmode
notarget - AI won't attack you
noclip - A kind of fly mode, but you can walk through walls

Intrestingly they also work with JA
I think its because they use the same engine more or less :)

realistic combat was a good one. I don't know f it was a boolean or not, so I usually put it on 30 or so.

Goldeneye, to get back into the vents in facility:
R + Z + [c-left] + [analog-left]

And in Shadows of the Empire you had to name yourself "Wompa Stompa" and in the pause menu go:

Hold until beep
R + L + Z + [d-left] + [all c buttons] + [analog half-left]

Hold until beep
R + L + Z + [d-left] + [all c buttons] + [analog half-right]
