I paid an extra $20 for that cupon. Instead of getting it I got some other card....and they said I cant get a cupon and i cant return the card [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

Yes, several ATI cards had the offer

/me waves my card with the HL2 activation key on it

Of ource, i have to use steam sicne i lost my recipt somewhere, but still. free.

We're all magical creatures who can determine whether $ means CAD or USD by psychomalagical means.

Different countries have different economies and taxes etc as well as different exchange rates. Canada is very similar to Australia in theirs but both are wildly different to the US. New games retail for about ~$90-100 in Oz. So the $120 for the collectors edition is a standard price.
