I haven't made a pointless topic in quite a while...like, at least a few minutes.. :XD:

So, you wake up one day and get to fill up your spiffy 1-through-0 weapon slots with what you can find around the house. What'll it be?

1: M5 bayonet
2: Glock 36
3: AutoOrdnance 1911A1
4: 20ga shotgun
5: Remington 870 12ga
6: Ruger 10/22 w/3-9 scope
7: Mosin Nagant M44 carbine
8: Winchester 30-30
9: WASR-10 (AK47) w/bayonet
0: DPMS AR15

Now I just need pockets the depths of Kyle Katarn's so I can fit everything.. :ninja:

2. 6" Sgian Dubh (Scottish knife) COMPLETE with tiny knife and fork in the scabbard!

I'm pretty sure Jim7 would have weapon slots for 0-9, A-Z and probably the rest of the UTF-8 character set.

I guess I'd have a few pocket knives and some kitchen knives.

My apartment is ill-equipped for combat, but fully-stocked for comedy!

Personally, I prefer to pick up #6 by unscrewing the bulb in the room, and then pulling out #2 and #5, at which point it becomes a First Person Slumber Party! :awesome:

This being a civilized country, I don't have much in the way of weaponry; I'd have to improvise:

1. Fists
2. Kitchen knife
3. Hockey stick
4. Jury-rigged homemade crossbow
5. Molotov cocktails (this being student housing, there are lots of empty bottles around)
6. 125 mW laser
7. Can of bug spray + lighter
8. Vinyl record collection (for use against zombies, as seen in Shaun of The Dead)
9. Taser constructed from a car battery, an inverter, and an old CRT monitor
10. Microwave + industrial-sized can of beans for a single-use time bomb

*I'm all about the improvised weapons. Even a glass of ice water can be a devastating weapon. Someone is approaching, you throw it in their face, the shock of the ice cold water hitting them in the face distracts them momentarily, long enough to get the first shot in. You could also attack with the glass! You could use a laptop charger, a desk drawer, a fan, a monitor, a can of cinnamin (devastating AOE weapon!). Improvised weapons are my specialty...

1: Just-Learnt-To-Walk Toddler. Set on the floor and he will weave an erratic path around the room. If he comes into contact with anything he will grab it, slump on it and then slobber all over it.

Due to the presence of (1), the house has been cleared of anything else that could be wielded as a weapon.
