Alright my playtime runs out in a couple of weeks, so I'll sell as much stuff as I can between now and then, and then dole out the money to you beggars. It'll be at least a billion ISK, so plenty to go around for the noobs.

Every time I look at EVE, it just seems like it'd be really boring to me. Then something like this happens and I get depressed I wasn't there, since I love political intrigue. Perhaps I should find a trial if they have one and give it a go for the hell of it.

btw, for your EVE history people, didn't something similar to this happen a few years ago? I remember reading about some mole entering a huge corporation, working his way to the top, then leading the entire corporation into a huge ambush.

Ah yes, the infamous GHSC incident: http://eve.klaki.net/heist/

In some ways even more impressive; all Goonswarm really did was take advantage of a high-level defector, whereas in the case of the GHSC it was years of work infiltrating the organization.

Bringing down BoB was definitely a lot bigger, though. Probably at least $100,000 USD worth of in-game assets either stolen or suddenly unavailable.
