Yea i rarely ever get them, but this morning i woke up drunk. lol and I'm slowly sobering up and geting a head ache and as i sober up its getting worse, but as i write this i just took a shower and advil and i feel quite better. (ton of water tho)

I normally drink a ton of water the night of the drinking, but last night I just kept drinking instead. lol

Yeah, I always have a glass off water with my glass of beer. It stops me from drinking too much, and it keeps me from ever having a hangover in the morning. I've had 1 or 2 my entire life because of this trick.

I like to drink lots of water, plus one bottle (500ml is plenty) of lucozade or similar. If REALLY bad I might have 2 paracetamol tablets too.

If you're drinking vodka, drinking water at the same time seems only to make you more drunk and gives you a worse hangover. I'm not sure why.

I never get a hangover really, because i take an aspirin before going to bed. sometimes i however forget it, and get a hangover. In those cases, i walk to the grocery store, buy a bottle of grapefruit soda, an energy drink and a frost pizza, drink the energy drink while walking back to home, then throw the pizza in oven, and enjoy it with the grapefruit soda. That's like the perfect combination of bitter, sweet, greasy and fresh. Oh, right, take a shower before going to the grocery store.

I think when people say "hangover cure" they're talking about immediate relief, which water does not provide.

i found that drinking cheap alcohol (stay away from things in plastic bottles) causes my hangovers. Other than that, yeah, plenty of water. Sometimes if you can remember to down a large glass of water before you goto sleep it will prevent having one as well.

Water and sleep, or water in the morning with some toast or something dry.
