Road trip?
2009-03-09, 8:58 PM #1
I want to go on another one this summer.

I'm about six hours from Rochester NY...12 hours from Columbus OH. I've already been up and down the East coast a few times and want something different this time.

Where should I go, ppl???
woot!

Canada.

Ok. East coast rocks, I'd say that, but you've already done it.
I'd say at least hit up Pennsylvania on your journey west.

I drove from here to Savannah, GA and back.

Truck ran like a ****ing champ.

But one of my calipers took a **** and ruined by rotor and probably the spindle. It was cool though, I just capped the line on that side and had brakes on three wheels instead of four.

Then the gasket on my rear differential disintegrated. So I put gasket glue all over it. Problem solved.

Might be a bit of a headache - I don't have a passport & I'd have to leave the boomstick home. 'tis a possibility, though. :ninja:

I'm thinking of heading down into the Unholy States of America over my 2 week summer vacations for a road trip I,ve been meaning to do for years. I'm thinking Boston (MA), Maryland (if marysassians promise not to play pinata with the jeppy) and Washington DC (museums, etc)

Shintock, Seb and I are in Quebec. We have a few in Ontario. I think we have an inuit who lives an igloo too. Oh yea, Tibby.

If you take I-91 south through VT, you'll pass within a few miles of my house. You had better stop. :ninja:

Just stick to the nice parts of DC - the National Mall and such. That's where the museums and monuments are anyway. I go there all the time, it's really not a threatening area at all. Stay out of Anacostia and you'll be fine.

I don't know if they are in there or not. I didn't actually go to haunted house. Maybe I'll check it out this summer. I work at a summer camp about 30 mins away from Branson, so we spend our days off there. It really is an incredible town... in terms of "I can't believe this place actually exists", not actual awesomeness.

Come to Kansas City. Just don't go to Grandview, Independence, KCK, west of Johnson County, north of Johnson County, downtown, North Kansas City, north of Liberty, west of Liberty, Claycomo (seriously - this town was named because it is in Clay County MO), most of Waldo...

On second thought, don't come to Kansas City. :suicide:
