I thought it was pretty good actually! Like always, things went too fast throughout the episode, but I have to say I'm actually looking forward to the next season!

I actually liked it. The writing this season has been a lot better than god-awful "Villains".

Sad that the real Nathan is gone though. And the fact that pretty much no one knows. And Sylar gets to live on.

I was sad that Hiro can't use his powers anymore. They always have to put some limitations on Hiro and Peter because they are both ridiculously overpowered, but somehow Hiro always gets the really lame limitations enforced on him (getting stuck in the past, becoming a 12 yearold) but this thing seems permanent.
I like how both Lost and Heroes agree that time travel gives you headaches and nosebleeds. I wonder if there's some medical textbook of common sideffects of superpowers that sci-fi writers use.

OK, I had about 24 hours to recover and take it all in, that said, I don't feel as badly about it as I did, it was pretty good, but not woaohaoha outstanding.

I just feel let down they didn't kill off...or even truly kill off in a sense a main character, they are going to extremes just to keep them around.

In other news I'm sad that Nathan was killed off, but they had a syringe.

Why didn't they just inject his corpse with some of Claire/Peter/Sylar's blood like they did when he was horrifically burned/when Noah died.

Cuz Peter can't heal anymore and Nathan was already dead dead by the time Sylar was drugged / Claire could've gotten to them

I think Peter just took shapeshifting. He's only "allowed" to have one power at a time now.

I wonder what'll happen when "Nathan" discovers he can heal, throw people around, shoot lightening, and do all kinds of neat things next season.

And possibly when he knicks some memories off Angela and realises he's Sylar.

Why didn't Sylar take Nathan's ability? What's with the throat cut instead of the skull cut? Waste of a useable ability.

Sylar's always been able to sort-of-fly, he did it in his very first appearance in season 1 when Matt Parkman and FBI Lady cornered him in some building.

He can also take abilities without the skull-cut (he learned lightning from Elle that way), he just prefers doing it (for the lulz). I assumed that's how he was able to properly fly in the episode (he managed to land pretty well).

I was expecting Sylar to rape Claire.

Maybe he did and through her threw the door when he was done with her.

The writers explained this on a forum or a Q&A, I forget. It was originally intended that clothes wouldn't change along with shapeshifting. A director changed this a few episodes later, the writers would have preferred to keep it the way it was, but the director has the last say.

I thought it was lame. Sylar should have been dead after the end of the first season. They have nothing interesting to write about anymore, it's all a big cluster**** of crap.

The entire population dies of old age eventually.
