No, that's right. It's 0.6 oz of ethanol, no matter the volume of the drink. One standard drink is a 12-oz, 5% ABV beer (12 * 0.05 = 0.6); a 5-oz glass of 12% wine (5 * 0.12 = 0.6); or a 1.5-oz shot of 80 proof spirits (1.5 * 0.4 = 0.6).

Taking a break from JM's imaginary feats of drinking...

Deschutes Red Chair IPA is pretty awesome. Very hoppy without being all that bitter, which I didn't really think was possible. Would be a great beer to introduce someone to IPAs.
