Red Faction has rockets fall back through the skybox if they're fired at a steep enough angle.

you could also change the trajectory of the rockets in Red Faction by shooting them into water.

JK did it with every projectile, except maybe mines and detonators. It also did it horribly wrong.

I do believe Crysis has this.

I've set off numerous nuclear bombs in the editor while working on some maps, and the sound had a perfect delay.
