NO. Look, here's how things are SUPPOSED to play out.
1) JM posts at 10PM. He wants to use a bomb on himself.
2) If he then wants a boost, not only must he time it perfectly, BUT he must also still follow the rules. Thus, someone else has to post before he does.
3) Geb then posts, tossing a bomb at JM at 10:05PM.
4) JM then has several choices:
a) post before 10:10PM. This would just be another post, 1 point.
b) post at 10:10PM. This would allow him to post twice in a row OR post once with 2 points if you're lazy. He would then NOT be able to "juggle" the bomb thrown by Geb BECAUSE he posted before 10:15PM.
c) Post between 10:10 and 10:15. He loses a turn from the first but not from the second. Play goes as normal.
d) post at 10:15PM. He "loses a turn" from posting after the first bomb, though since he posted on the second, he's allowed two, canceling each other out.
d) post after 10:15PM. He loses two turns.
There is confusion here because it's not explicitly spelled out that all bombs aimed at you go off when you move, though I'm fairly confident that as they are written, there is nothing to imply that all the bombs do NOT go off as you move.
Really, I thought the whole "spirit of bomb jumping in a foot race" explanation would have made things clear, but it appears not.
Look, just add 2 points instead of 1, ok?
