i'm just sad that i don't get to get ****ed up anymore. it feels real nice.

but i guess that goes with no drinking.

Don't think about not being able to drink anymore, think about being free from your addiction and your health and how much money you'll end up saving through the years.

Be happy that you don't have to go through the aftermath any longer. This will at least cancel out the unhappiness, and probably result in a net increase in happiness. Especially with a little time under your belt.
