Stat - the review was 30 minutes long - I didn't feel like spending that much time watching another, funny as it was.

I dunno, I really liked 8, but I've played 7 through more times than any other Final Fantasy game. I just liked the game as a whole, it felt complete. In the games since they've become increasingly ambitious with the graphics and world building that they end up making games that feel more empty.

Fair enough, but over the 8 or so reviews he did, he covers just about all aspects of the game. Opinion is opinion though, so if you actually enjoy the card game and the junction system, he's not going to convince you otherwise.

I liked 7 a lot, but if I play through it now, it would age itself for me.

8,9, and 10 were pretty awesome.

Never played 11 or 12.

A remake? I would be for it for improved graphics, animations, etc.

Oh I didn't realise he covered the other aspects in such depth - I sort of assumed he'd do a similar rant for 7 and 9 or whatever. I may well go looking at that later :)
