It came off a Google image search for Pearl Harbor. If it's Henderson, I should change it. Maybe I will anyway, just to be safe.

Actually it looks too developed too be Henderson. I just checked though, it's Wheeler which was my second guess. I was thinking of Bellows field anyway.

I actually thought that was a pretty good movie, and not just because of bias. It has a great soundtrack too.

Because a non-American doesn't know the date of Pearl Harbor?

Are you kidding, stat? America is the most important ****ing country in the world! That Scottish ******* should know!

2009-12-08, 9:40 PM #31
The only important date in Scottish history is when they realized they should stop wearing skirts.

Oh wait that never happened
2009-12-08, 9:50 PM #32
It's just occurred to me that I can immediately recall the date of the Pearl Harbor only because of one wonderfully un-PC verse in a Ray Stevens song about sitting in traffic behind old people.
If you think the waiters are rude, you should see the manager.

Well the skirts were outlawed for a period of time.

Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

Not really. It'd be like you asking that in the mid-1300's. :P

Yeah but, like, how hard is it to figure out? I highlighted Battle of Bannockburn, clicked search with Bing, and didn't even have to click the top link to see the date. Someone posts a WWII era date with an image or two and it seems very easy to take the minor steps involved to figure it out.

I actually did search for the date, but nothing came up for July 12th. :suicide:
nope.
2009-12-09, 6:48 AM #39
Well, that's okay. The enlightened members of Massassi have informed you of a terrible attack that took place nearly 70 years ago. I guess if your country had no involvement in WWII it would be unfair to expect you to recognize a significant date from that era.
